Cons:

4名で2部屋予約していて一部屋は喫煙室でしたが、チェックインの時に指示していたにも関わらず間違っていて部屋に入室してから3階と11階交換しました。
クーレムしても反省する従業員ない雰囲気だったのでコンタクトしませんでした。
