Cool atmosphere . Nice rooms and cool shower.
Lighting on the bedroom.. needs some brighter lighting. Especially for makeup applications
Es un hotel muy tranquilo y comodo. La cama muy cómoda. El baño lindo y cómodo. Lleno de detalles y arte. El personal es muy amable, incluso sino hablas muy bien ingles se esfuerzan por entender. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de restaurantes y de la avenida principal. Un detalle que me gustó mucho es que tienen cafe gratis para llevar por las mañanas, para esas personas que como yo, salen a tours muy temprano y necesitan cafecito.
Quizas que falta poquita iluminación en los cuartos. Nada grave, pero si puede sentirse un poco oscuro. Nada que nk se arregle abriendo las cortinas.

Nothing really didn’t get to enjoy
That I wasn’t aware I had to bring a card that matched with my id it was really inconvenient I had to immediately get ready as soon as I landed and when I got to the hotel I was informed I wouldn’t get a room without my own credit card. I was staying for my boyfriends sisters wedding and had to last minute switch my hotel to a motel which was a horrible downgrade. I had nothing but my id, my passport, and his credit card he loans me and I use for everything.
Excellent location. The staff were great and the room was one of our favorites we've ever stayed in. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant. We will definitely be staying there again.

The Location couldn't be better! Everything was walking. We stayed for 3 nights and took uber only twice!

The art, restaurant, location, and overall aesthetic are great!
The room was a little dirtier than the first time we stayed there (shower grime, greasy handprints on the walls, doors, and bed), and two different items (towel hook and door stopper) were broken off, just lying on the ground with the screw exposed. Normal wear and tear is expected over time, but it was definitely more noticeable this time around.
beautiful hotel pictures actually match what's online, they have robots for room service that was really cool. warm and cozy vibes. great location, plenty of food options, mag mile is just a hop skip and jump away. five minutes from navy pier.
street gets congested since it's near the hospital and restaurants all around, but that's at no fault to the hotel.
