كوخ جميل وشرح ومريح نفسيا .. السرعة في إجراءات الدخول والخروج .. سهولة الوصول له .. اللوبي حلو .. توجد مواقف سيارات .. في شطاف .. لما تحتاج شي وتدق عليهم بسرعة يجيبونه .. الموظفين محترمين وبالذات محمد السوري .. المكيف بارد 👌 قريب من البحيرة دقيقتين إلى 3 دقايق مشي وتوصل لها .. حديقته تصميمها وتنسيقها روعه .. مساحة الغرف زينة .. السرير مريح لكن البطانية حجمها صغير .. قريب من الخدمات والمطاعم والكافيهات .. في غرف لها إطلالات على الجبل .. يعتبر أول فندق تم إفتتاحه في أوزنجول سنة 1974م .. الإفطار يحتاج تنوع أكثر لكن بشكل عام زين .. الأسعار معقوله

Not great.
Pros:

Located not far from the lake so convenient for local amenities. Room and bathroom were spacious but no bedside lights so very bright overhead lights or pitch black because the light switches next to the bed didn't work. The bed and pillows were rock solid so very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was not great, instant coffee or very strong turkish coffee.
The hotel is geared to the Arab market and none of the staff spoke much English, Google translate worked a treat!

المكان جميل والموقع كذلك شكرا لطاقم الفندق
Pros:

اعجبني اولا موقع الفندق قريب جدا من البحيره وسط المحلات والكوفيهات والفندق يحتوي على كوفي لذيذ جدا واطلالاته جميله جدا كما ان مطعم الفندق الذي يقدم الافطار لديه اماكن جلوس داخليه وخارجيه مقابل حديقة الورد مع اصوات جريان الماء واصوات المطر المكان صراحه ولا غلطه

كنا عائله ولم نجد حجز الا غرف بجانب بعض كل غرفه مكونه من ثلاث اسره وبلكونه صغيره جدا ولا يوجد بها نافذه والغرفه ضيقه جدا كما ان السرير الثالث السقف قريب منه

Room service is very poor and cleaning is unavailable. The bathroom is old and dilapidated; the shower area has no drainage, and the bathroom floor is flooded. There are no toiletries such as toothbrushes or tissues in the bedroom or bathroom. The wardrobes and linens are worn out. The price is not commensurate with the services provided.

خدمة الغرفة سيئة جدا و غير متوفر تنظيف سيئ دورة المياه قديما متهالكة منطقة الاستحمام لا يوجد تصريف و غرق ارضية الحمام ولا توجد اي احتياجات الحمام فرشاة اسنان او محارم في غرفة النوم ولا الحمام الخزنات الملابس متهالكه مفارش متهالكه بالنسبة لتكلفة لا تناسب خدمات

الموقع ممتاز جدا اربع دقائق لين البحيره مشي المطاعم حولك الشارع اللي تحت ممتاز جدا الحديقة اللي تحت في الفندق جميله جميله جدا المطعم كويس حقهم الكفي قهوتهم حلوه لكن الباقي لك عليه الموظف محمد السوري الله يسعده ممتاز

العزل لو انه افضل من كذا والفطور كويس لكن يفضل تنوع اكثر
