期待通りてした
Pros:

駐車場の係の人の対応が凄く良く、ホテルに入る前にいいホテルなんだろうなと思って入りました。その通りでフロントの対応も良かったです。

Comfortable, centrally located hotel with really high value for money
Pros:

Perfect hotel for a short stayover. Comfortanle room, good shower, really nice (Japanese) breakfast. Within short walking distance from station and many of the sightseeing points (fish market, ropeway, brick houses, etc.). Extremely high value for the money you pay for it.

Nous avons passé une agréable nuit dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité de la gare, ce qui est particulièrement pratique lorsque l’on arrive avec des bagages. C’est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir Hakodate et profiter facilement des rues et des lieux d’intérêt aux alentours.

Le confort est tout à fait satisfaisant et l’établissement offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Une adresse pratique et agréable que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

整體來說，很不錯！
Pros:

早餐豐盛，飯糰、咖啡都很美味！（以這樣的住房價格來說，早餐性價比超高，好吃得忘記拍照了！）服務人員超級溫柔體貼，讓人覺得很舒服。咖啡能讓遊客無限取用，休息區也很大且讓人感到自在。

これからも、優しい言葉遣いでせっしてください。
Pros:

朝食が期待以上でした。欲を申し上げますとフルーツをもう少し加ていただけたらと思います事と牛乳を加えていただけたらと思います。食堂のスタッフの挨拶がとても良かったです。声の高さ言葉の使い方が良かったです。

フロントスタッフがダメ
Pros:

立地条件は良かった。

Cons:

チェックインの際、混雑していた為順番待ちしていたが、数人が順番待ちしている私の前に割り込んできた。フロントスタッフはいたが、注意することはなかった。イヤな思いをした。
