لفطور مشكل ومنيح والموظفين كويسن مع انو ما كان في احتكاك كثير كل شخص بحالو وخدومين اول بأول

ما بيغيرو غطاء التهت والمخدات اثناء التنظيف صعب تفتح الشباك مافي شبك واذا فتحت كل الحشرات بتدخل بس الي دايقني كثير اني اخدت الفندق بعيد عن البحيرة والعجقة مشان الهدوء وتفاجأة مافي عوازل ابداً انا والي بالغرفة الي جنبي كأنو قاعدين مع بعض ازعاج ما طبيعي لازم يكون في عوازل ويجددو الاثات وكمان مافي محارم لازم تطلب كل مرة ما بيحطو لما ينظفوا 😢😢

يستحق الزيارة افضل فنادق اوزنقول

المكان خرافي رائع الفندق فيه اصانصير ومكان المطعم جميل منفصل عن الفندق الفطور منتوع اتوقع انه من الافضل الفنادق في اوزنقول

فقط بعيد شوي عن البحيرة مشي ولكن ليس بالمجاور ، بالنسبة للاطلالة غرفتي كانت مطله على الجبل وفيه بلكونه حاجبة جزء من المنظر لكن من الفنادق اللي راح اكرر له السكن والزيارة

I am not stay in same day which i book .because I drive and I reach them in the night I am tired I tell them I want room they give very bad room dirty and tell I have renovation for tomorrow
Can I change they said no way I sent massage for booking I tell I want refund my money back.i wait for your answer.
