The staff was lovely and the hotel was clean, really helped my niece with her temperature.
It needs updating decorating wise and the breakfast needs more selection
It’s new
For two rooms I had to make four transactions. Two separate for the rooms rate and then another two for a £100 deposit per room that should have cleared at check out and still hasn’t been returned three days later. So that looks like I’ve paid £668 to two rooms for one night - rip off!
Property was nice, parking is a bit annoying would have rather I didn’t need to pay £20odd to park for the night
Parking set up. Breakfast staff were very snarky and moody, I get your working a Sunday but defos pretty moody.
Location was great near station taxis available breakfast was hardly any bread or hashbrowns left when I went down thou staff did try to refill

They took £100 for some reason as I found very strange because had paid for the Hotel accommodation throughout Booking.com as far I know so basically I ha paid £200 for night which not the price I had seen at Booking.com therefore I'm very upset about it

What a fabulous little secret! I came for a Stockport Business Awards event, but next time, I need to be in Manchester. I will consider staying here getting the short train ride in. Lovely room, lovely bar and breakfast area (great for working), and a fabulous free breakfast. Well dine and thank you.
I can't think of anything much. Perhaps upgrade the hairdryers as they have very weak power.

Strict check in time policy . If the room is free 20 mins before check in - the best hotels let people in and don’t charge extra .
