Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Generally acceptable cleanliness with no major complaints; one review mentioned cheap air fresheners at the entrance which could be improved.
Service
10
Highly praised staff repeatedly — attentive, friendly and went above and beyond (named staff called out for outstanding service).
Location
9.8
Convenient location (close to exhibition, within walking distance of metro, restaurants nearby); maps/nearby market availability was inconsistent in one report.
Room Quality
8.3
Comfortable beds and high ceilings noted, but some guests reported issues: no AC in rooms (very hot), bathroom separation curtain rather than door for some rooms.
Amenities
9.5
Good amenities reported — gym and pool available (pool in adjacent building) and overall facilities were seen as positive.
Value for Money
7
Mixed value: convenient location and strong service balance against issues such as a partially unrecovered deposit for one guest and limited breakfast offerings for some.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast received mixed-to-negative feedback: described as limited for foreigners, scarce portions of butter/cheese and limited variety; some guests found breakfast otherwise adequate.
Overall Experience
9.9
Overall positive stays driven largely by excellent staff and good location; guests indicated they would return despite some food/room issues.

期待以上、お値段以上
Pros:

スタッフがみんなとても親切。部屋の1人がけの椅子とオットマンが心地よかった。周りが新しいレストランエリア。ファミマもあるし便利。部屋からの眺めが緑と低層の住宅でとてもきれいだった。

Cons:

中国語が読めないので外国人用に朝食の麺の見本の写真などあるとより良いと思う。
