Muy buena atención, privacidad y tamaño de la habitación. Ubicación privilegiada.
Pros:

Excelente atención, excelente desayuno, excelente agua caliente y toallas. Excelente ubicación y tamaño de la habitación.

Cons:

Está descuidada la pintura y hay mucho rastro de humedad. La alfombra de la habitación está con muchísimas manchas y el suelo debajo de la alfombra no es liso, tiene baches.

A pleasant stay in the center of Santiago
Pros:

Old fashioned but comfortable. Clean and spacious rooms with view to Santa Lucia Hill. Kind personnel. Nice bar in ground floor. Very nice location.

Cons:

I believe the price justifies a better breakfast. If a buffet is not a viable option, then at least provide a couple of options.

Nice staff, central location, dilapidated premises and a reasonable price.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and forthcoming.

Cons:

The premises are run down, with the ceiling peeling off above the bath, the hot water taking minutes to reach the bathroom, the breakfast limited (and the rain seeping in onto one's jacket from the unsealed window. The wifi intermittent and the signal limited.

Cons:

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones muy viejas. Mi habitación tenia un agujero en el techo del baño, cuando fui a avisar, me dijeron que era normal y que ya lo arreglarían. La ventana no tenía aislamiento, se escuchaba todo el ruido y entraba todo el frío de la calle. Tenía un calefactor que si lo ponías hacia aún más ruido. El desayuno, muy justo.

Pros:

Ótima localização, dá pra fazer muita coisa na cidade a pé. Se tiver pique, vale muito a pena - principalmente usando o metrô, que tem 2 estações próximas ao hotel.
Café da manhã bem servido, mas poderia iniciar um pouco mais cedo (7h, por exemplo).
Camareiras e balconistas atenciosos, um dos balconistas é brasileiro, tornando as tratativas mais fáceis caso o turista brasileiro não entenda espanhol.
Bar muito animado com música ao vivo praticamente dentro do hotel, e mesmo assim não fez barulho dentro do quarto. Preços de drinks no bar são compatíveis com outros bares da região.

Cons:

Precisava descer para a recepção do hotel para usar o wi-fi.
Toalha rasgada: sugerimos substituir algumas toalhas mais velhas.
Das 3 luminárias de mesa do quarto, apenas 1 funcionava.
Aquecedor muito fraco, precisa ligar bem antes de dormir para ter conforto térmico no inverno.
Banheiro não possui ducha higiênica.
