Pros:

Lo único bueno, la ubicación. Si tienes que permanecer en Santiago por trabajo en la zona del Palacio de la Moneda y alrededores, esta muy bien.

Cons:

Las habitaciones e instalaciones son obsoletas y requerirían mantenimiento. Internet no funcionó nunca.
El desayuno, exiguo… y de poca calidad.

La ubicación es excepcional, en el corazón de Lastarria, cerca de restaurantes, cafés, museos y del cine Biógrafo, cerca del cerro de Santa Lucía uno de los mejores puntos de ubicación en Santiago. El personal muy amable, los desayunos muy completos y la comida del restaurante en el séptimo piso estuvo excelente.

Absolutely awful experience. The accomodation was worse than bad, the entire hotel freezing cold, served breakfast embar

Everything. Booked for 4 nights and left after just 2. The room was extremely dirty & tired. The entire hotel was freezing cold, including the restaurant where I had to wear 2 jumpers & a winter coat to eat an embarrassingly poor pre-set breakfast was served up on tiny saucers (not plates). Both room heaters didn’t work, so after using the lukewarm shower I had to stand in front of the aircon unit on max high temp in an impossible attempt to get even slightly warm.
When checking out 2 days early I was not asked why or was anything wrong with my stay…… instead I just got asked “anything taken from the minibar” followed by “all done” without even a word of thanks or goodbye!
Ever since my brief stay I have been trying to get a refund for the 2 cancelled nights, but the hotel persist in stalling and ignoring my communications. Also Booking.com have not been at all helpful in this as everything goes through an AI system. When I finally get through to customer services I have on 2 or 3 occasions been informed that the hotel have been informed and that they will resolve with me directly……….. I’m still waiting!!!!!!!!!
I have very damning pictures of the hotel room which clearly confirm the awful experience of staying at this hotel, not to mention the total lack of customer support from both the hotel and Booking.com in resolving the matter for me.
Absolutely awful experience and one very disappointed customer!!!!
