Posizione perfetta nel porto veneziano, personale molto cortese, colazione eccellente, anche se nel centro l’hotel è molto silenzioso e tranquillo.

Lugar sujo. Paredes estourando de mofo e umidade. Péssimo atendimento quando chegamos que inclusive nos fez correr para outro hotel mesmo ja estando com tudo pago. O balcão minúsculo e todo enferrujado. Banheiro sujo e cheio de mofo. As fotos sao totalmente fora da realidade. Nao sei como o booking pode deixar isso acontecer.
Wunderbare zentrale Lage, Balkon und Sicht auf den venezianischen Hafen, trotzdem ruhig, sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung, wenig Zimmer, daher sehr persönlich und Frühstücksraum wie ein Wohnzimmer…
Das Frühstück liess etwas zu wünschen übrig, wenn man lieber salzig statt süss (Croissant, Kuchen, Gebäck, Fruchtsalat) hat, musste man sich mit einer Scheibe Toast, abgepacktem Käse und Ei begnügen…
So cute, beautifully decorated, comfy and clean. The breakfast is amazing, and the location is perfect overlooking the fortress.
Parking is a bit of a challenge if you’re driving, you have to park on the street a few mins walk away, but it’s a gorgeous hotel in the middle of old town so you can’t really complain.

Wifi was essentially not working.

Breakfast which we paid for in advance was only available from 9am. We asked to have it at 8 at least but the man who greeted us didn’t speak English so we never got our breakfast for the three days we spent there.
Parking is indicated as free but it isn’t. There is a parking limited to 4 hours max. It’s 4,80 euros for those 4 hours. We asked about it on the app and to the man, but never got a reply.
There is nothing the hang out wet clothes or beachwear.
A beautiful location, the perfect spot to explore Chania and pretty easy for parking if you have a hire car

Accueil super agréable, l’emplacement est idéal avec une vue magnifique, le petit déjeuner est très copieux et qualitatif.
Pour le stationnement nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver où se garer car l’hôtel est dans le vieux port et toutes les rues sont uniquement piétonnes.
La climatisation fonctionnait très bien mais pour autant il y avait de l’eau qui s’écoulait ce qui a bien détrempé le sol après la nuit… nos affaires étaient trempées 😅

What a view what a location great breakfast and hosts
A spectacular view of the bay and lighthouse from our own large private terrace (see photos taken from there), a beautiful historic room with fine architectural features, friendly staff, and the most delicious breakfast we had in the whole holiday, and all for about €100. An absolute bargain. The best place we stayed in on the island by far.
We liked everything
La chambre est incroyable ! Très spacieuse et confortable, le balcon et le coin salon est un véritable plus. La vue est imprenable. La salle de bain était très bien. La décoration était sans faute de goût.
Le petit déjeuner était gargantuesque et délicieux.
Le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique.

Det var en sååå vacker hotell! Helt fantastisk balkong med utsikt. Även rummet och ingången var fyllda med vackra detaljer och föremål. Vi var också mycket tacksamma för trevliga personalen som hjälpte oss när vår bagage var försenad en dag. Dessutom var frukosten utsökt. Vi kommer att komma tillbaka!
