Cons:

For a five-star hotel, it is simply not acceptable to serve canned pineapple at breakfast. The selection of fresh fruit was also far too limited and lacked the variety one would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Exquisite hotel with superb staff and restaurants
Pros:

Everything and in particular the attentiveness of the staff. The quality of the furnishing and flair and style of the place. They have a great sushi bar and all their food and drinks are excellent.
