Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel gibt es leider ein paar, kleinere Punkte die stören.

Schöner Blick, guter Service, ansprechendes modernes Zimmerdesign

Das Frühstück war Vielseitig, in manchen Bereichen hat es aus meiner Sicht aber trotzdem Mängel gegeben. Z.B. das griechische Joghurt ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Ich hätte lieber ein weniger festes Joghurt gehabt. Eine warme Milch für Porridge konnte ich auch nicht finden. Das Besteck, insbesondere die Form von Gabel und Löffel sind nicht zweckmäßig. Katastrophal ist die Form der Handbrause. Die Kanten vom Brausegriff sind recht scharf und bei längerer Benutzung unangenehm, bitte einen runden Griff verwenden. Im Hotel-Restaurant war es nicht möglich, ein Kartoffelpüree zu bestellen.

Boa localização, mas alguns pontos precisam melhorar.

A localização do hotel é muito boa e os funcionários são bastante simpáticos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Por outro lado, o café da manhã deixou a desejar. A piscina também é extremamente gelada, praticamente impossível de entrar, e acredito que um sistema de aquecimento faria muita diferença.

No meu quarto, havia um problema no box do banheiro: ao ligar o chuveiro, a água vazava para fora e molhava todo o banheiro e parte do quarto, o que era bastante inconveniente e acabava sujando o ambiente.

No geral, a estadia foi agradável, mas esses pontos poderiam ser melhorados para que a experiência fosse realmente excelente.
