Hotel LiveMax Kayabacho made my 1st trip to Japan enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and well stocked.

Cons:

I wouldn't change anything about my stay.

Easy walking distance around Tokyo, affordable price

Cons:

The room was in poor condition, Water damage on walls and mildew in the bathroom. I did not realize that the shower/sink water was connected when booking, which ended up being a bit of an issue when one person is showering and the other person needs to wash their hands. There was a lot of wear and tear on the furniture as well.
