Good and reasonable.
Pros:

Convenience and good location. There’s a Chinese restaurant right next door. Takes a few minutes walk to the Mega Donki store, which you can buy foods and cosmetics etc. Hotel is not fancy but satisfying.
Also, you can walk a few minutes to the bus stop, which takes you to Haneda instead of going to the station.

Cons:

Elevator doors are too quick to shut the door. If you have a few large luggages, be careful.

Pros:

朝食も美味しかったし、従業員の方も気さくで良い方たちでした！！
他の口コミで騒音に関する言及があったので心配してましたが全然気になりませんでした！部屋によるのかな？

Pros:

駅近で周辺には多くの店があるため、利便性が高い。
スタッフの方の対応が良かった。
大きなテレビや洗面台があって良かった。

予約の時は朝食なし。とあったが実際はあった

Cons:

内鍵が閉まらない
歩行器なのに部屋まで朝食を運ばないといけない
入り口が狭い。変な坂、段差がある

良かったです
Pros:

ホテルの入り口は分かりずらかったけど、駅にも近く
空港からのリムジンバスからも近く立地が良かった

Cons:

無料の朝食は嬉しいけど、パンの種類が2種だったので、
それならバターロール1種でバター、ジャム数種類の塗るのをetcある方が嬉しいです

立川にきたときはまた利用したい施設になりました！
