防音性が高いです
Pros:

目的地から近く、値段も安くて良かったです。電車や車、となりの部屋の音が全く聞こえず、静かで快適に寝られました。一度外へ出ますがビルの1Fにコンビニが入っていて便利でした。

Cons:

ユニットバスの湯船の底の広範囲が、誰か毛染めをしたのかな？という感じに黒く染まっていました。洗ってもとれないようでした。
