South Downs by car - you can't get mor central; that was my assumption and the location delivered.
Pros:

The location! 30 minutes by car from everything: Portsmouth 30 min, Southampton 30 min, hiking around Queen Elizabeth Country Park 30 min, Jane Austen's house ... OK 40 min.

Cons:

The room was a little run down, not dirty, just showing its age.

Prima geschikt voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met goed geoutilleerde badkamer. Op loopafstand van het winkelcentrum in Whiteley.

Cons:

Tussendeur naar naastgelegen kamer. Dit zijn altijd geluidslekken. De buren zijn bijna letterlijk te verstaan.

Lovely stay, staff were super helpful and the breakfast was lovely!
Pros:

Room was clean but looked a little tired, marks on the wall and on the chair in the room. Overall we had a very good stay it was a comfortable room the staff were excellent! My only one quibble was the food at the pub next door for our evening meal was not very nice, I had Rissotto and you could have glued windows with it. The staff member that dealt with me over it was excellent and apologised to me and was absolutely brilliant! The rest of the food seemed ok according to our party.

An overnight stay to see Take That in Southampton, was good for what we wanted it for
Pros:

Nice place, staff friendly, breakfast was good, good value for money

Cons:

Only negative in room tea cups were not clean and lipstick on bathroom glasses

Pros:

Nice outside of hotel. Free parking.

Cons:

Stain on carpet. Holes in carpet.
Told hotel two people staying in room but got given only one towel. Breakfast wasn’t worth the money. Abit disappointing
