3HB Falésia Garden

We are staying here presently and we are so impressed. Warm welcoming staff, smooth check-in. Our Deluxe double room is so spacious with excellent facilities. Room service has been exceptional. We have found everything extremely efficient, from the services around the pool with an abundance of comfortable sun beds. The buffet service for DB&B has been very efficient, with attention given to high levels of service, and plenty of menu choices. We particularly appreciate the concentration on minimising waste with considered efficiency, which is highly commendable. This was a last minute 10 night stay booking for us and we have been hugely impressed with the services provided by all staff. They are obviously continuing to improve and renovate which amazingly has had no impact whatsoever on our stay. The staff take pride in their roles and that reflects well on the guest experience. We’re having a lovely relaxing holiday!

Everything about the property is amazing, staff the mostly friendly people ever, well done to everyone from the reception to the cleaners all very helpful staff always with a smile on their faces.

É quarta vez que ficamos neste hotel e a experiência é sempre maravilhosa. Desta vez, ficamos a conhecer o novo empreendimento falésia beach e superou todas as expectativas. Decoracao,espaço, armários com luz, reposição de bebidas e café diáriamente. Muito confortável, limpo e com uma vista mar surpreendente. O regime de meia pensão justifica sem duvida, tendo em conta o serviço de todos os funcionários e a qualidade da comida. Super recomendamos e esperamos voltar em breve.

Absolutely loved this place and I was so sad to leave. I stayed with my sister for 4 days and it was so relaxing. The place is pristine and the staff are wonderful. Every interaction with staff members was positive.
The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony with a wine before we went out during the evening.
The views around the pool are breathtaking and you can't help but feel relaxed sitting and watching the world go by .
The town was lovely nearby , about 10 minutes walk. It was busy without feeling to overcrowded. You can also get a taxi to albufeira or vilamoura for about 12 euros.
We only ate breakfast so I can't comment on the evening meals .
I would definitely return here again for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Location, view, staff, pool

I stayed here with my 9 year old son and friends of ours. The kids loved the pool and football court. The hotel itself is really nice with amazing views of the sea. And the beach is literally down some steps from the hotel. The food was excellent and the staff were fantastic.

Can't go far wrong with this place - good food, good facilities - large clean rooms, good pool, close to a good beach, Friendly and helpful staff - would recommend

The staff were really helpful. They recognised that we had been there before and so I got a little bottle of port as a thank you. The place was really clean and the grounds well kept with cleaners coming into the rooms daily and the ability to change provided beach towels on a daily basis

Facilities -lots to do

A wonderful week spent at Falesia Garden. The hotel is new, clean and fresh the views from the restaurant and bars are superb.

The rooms were cleaned well every day.

Breakfast was delicious, everything tasted well cooked and good quality

Reception team were brilliant, I would like to personally thank Bridget(?) Costa on Reception, excellent English speaker and helped us out with lost property, arranging our hire cars and taxi help. She really went above and beyond.

The restaurant team were also brilliant, helping us with drinks as we were a big group of 9 with 5 kids and nothing was too much trouble. Mohsin in the Falasia restaurant again a fantastic help, nothing was too much trouble for him and really friendly.

Evening entertainment was chilled but the views and the bar areas suited it so well, the Sax night was the highlight of our stay.

I am rating 5 stars as our experience was so good, however I can imagine in peak months, this hotel would become very busy and some of the shine may come off, as it was very quiet and relaxing in May.

In summary a superb hotel and would absolutely return again just before the peak season kicks in. Thank you 3HB Falesia Garden!

Had a wonderful stay at 3HB Hotel. The views were beautiful, the rooms were spotless and very well maintained, and the front desk/housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive throughout our trip. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
