I found hair on the carpet when we checked in, which made it seem like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Night shift receptionist was not welcoming at all.
She never smiled and came across as unfriendly.
A warmer attitude would make a much better impression on guests.

Beds were comfortable.
Good location, easy to reach all the tourist attractions by very reasonable Uber rides

Cons:

The rooms were dated and tired. The finish was really not good for a 5 star hotel. There was no hot water, we did ask maintenance to look into but but they said we should leave the tap running for a few minutes to allow the hot water to reach the shower head. I waited 15 minutes but still only luke warm water. Not acceptabke for a 5 star hotel. We were only there for 3 nights and had already moved rooms once so didn't want to move again. The first room had a horrible musty damp smell and the AC didn't work.. Staff were great but the rooms and bathrooms need refurbishment to meet the expectations of guests looking for a 5 start hotel.

It was a great and comfortable stay
Pros:

Room was spacious, and breakfast was great. Location was good as well.

Cons:

Grace on the front desk was very helpful and cooperative. She is an asset to the Hotel to win the hearts of customers by understanding their needs. Thank you, Grace, for considering an early check-in for my family.
