Great beds, location and breakfast — service friendly but slow
Pros:

Rooms were very spacious and beds were soft and fluffy. Excellent value for money given the central location of the hotel and the delicious breakfast buffet as well. Staff were generally friendly and happy to help.

Cons:

WiFi router was broken when we arrived to our room, and upon requesting assistance we had to wait 90 minutes or more for help to come. Requests made to housekeeping were unfortunately addressed extremely slowly.

Konumu, odaların genişliği ve temizlik

Cons:

Pencereler ses geçiriyor, azıcık bir yalıtımla bile düzelir. Bir de kahvaltı salonunda müthiş bir yağ kokusu vardı, kahvaltı sonrası üstümüzü değiştirmek zorunda kaldık her seferinde.

Pros:

The room is very big and the TV is smart. The parking is very good in basement. The AC is good and cold.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great. Very small corner and not much variety, and bakeries were not freshly baked. Also, when I arrived there was no one to help me with my luggage. The smell was not great in my floor and I thought they gave me smoking floor but they mentioned it was not.

Pros:

وجهتي المفضلة في الدوحة وكل تقييماتي السابقة كانت اشادة بالفندق حتى هذة المرة الاقامة كانت جيدة باستثناء الوقت الطويل في اجراءات تسجيل الدخول وايضا الخروج .. حيث استغرق وقت الدخول 50 دقيقه تقريبا والغرفة لم تكن جاهزة .. وتسجيل الخروج ايضا استغرق اكثر من 25 دقيقه وهذا غير معتاد منهم .. وعلى الرغم من ذلك اشيد بلباقة موظفة الاستقبال الاخت اسمهان على اعتذارها للتاخير والخطأ لم يكن منها … اتمنى من ادارة الفندق تفادي هذه النقطه مستقبلا لاننا نتوقع منهم دائما التميز في كل شيء .
