Excelente opção em Bento Golçalves.
Pros:

O café da manhã é ótimo, o quarto é grande e espaçoso, muito limpo.

Cons:

Para um local frio o chão de azulejo deixa o quarto muito gelado, mas tirando isso o hotel é ótimo.

Achei um ótimo custo benefcio, apenas o chuveiro que esquentava demais ou esfriava. Deveria ter serviço de quarto ( pelo menos um omelete, coisas basicas )

Hotel com bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

Hotel simples, com café da manhã, estacionamento e boa localização (próximo ao centro). Dependências muito boas, limpas e com elevador. Fácil acesso para os "Caminhos de Pedra", vinícolas e pontos turísticos da região.

O quarto não foi arrumado. Estendi o cobertor na cama pela manhã para organizar as roupas e coloquei o lençol de cima, colcha e outro cobertor em cima de uma cadeira, e quando cheguei a noite estava igual. Com relação aos banheiros, somente tiraram os papéis do lixo, não depuseram os xampus e sabonetes ou limparam os vidros e pia. As mesas ficaram exatamente como estavam, sem nenhum sinal de haverem sido limpas ou organizadas. Quando fui questionar com a supervisora está se mostrou agressiva e não aceitou a crítica.

Não voltaria pela cama horrível e recepcionista extremamente rude no check-out.
Pros:

Quarto com espaço bom e chuveiro bem quente.

Cons:

Cama extremamente dura, sem cobertores de casal, estacionamento no subsolo com espaço muito apertado para carros médios (carros grandes não entram), quarto com pouca vedação ao barulho externo, recepcionista que te questiona como foi a estadia mas não aceita qualquer observação negativa, só te deixa falar se for para elogiar. Se eles não querem saber de fato como foi a hospedagem seria mais educado não questionar.
