My wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful 10 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lutz, Fl.Our daughter got sick right in the start of our stay and we needed to take her to the ER and specialist appointment. I notified the front desk and the staff, including Ms. Caitlyn at the front desk was very kind and helpful to us. Next, Mr. Ryan Cole, the asst. GM kindly took care of us and didn't penalize us for modifying our stay last minute; he even personally wished us well with our daughter and welcomed us with a warm smile; as did the front desk upon checking in and asked how is our daughter. Actions like this made all the world to us, and further proved how genuinely caring and polished the staff is here! This was actually our 4th stay here! We first came the year the hotel opened, and the staff is always professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is great. I remember Chef Jay from the year the hotel opened, and he makes an excellent omelette specially made to order with your favorite toppings. The restaurant servers, front desk staff, and housekeepers are always nice to us and accommodating with our needs. We began traveling to this hotel as a couple; and this was the second year we brought our daughter who's five and she absolutely enjoys it too! We're now Hilton diamond status and this hotels treat you well if you're badic tier, silver, gold, and now diamond status. They truly understands great customer service and delivers a great product overral. My wife and I had a nice wedding at a Hilton Garden Inn 22 years ago, and that connection always makes our stay here more memorable. We absolutely love the surrounding area of the hotel; it's safe, peaceful, upscale, and close to Tampa Bay's attractions. There's a plethora of great shopping and dining on the main strip Highway 54/56. Additionally, if you want a quiet chill evening, the hotel's restaurant is open for yummy appetizer/dinner options. We enjoyed the flatbread offerings and their restaurant staff is the kindest in the area. I recommend this hotel for couples, families, business/conference travelers, and even for a wedding or special occasion as we had a lovely Hilton Garden Inn wedding. Every time we visit we know that the breakfast will be fresh and tasty, and our rooms will be fresh and clean, and the staff 's demeanor will be polite and professional which are the most important to us as a repeat customer and with frequent traveling. This is our favorite Hilton Garden Inn, and we're looking forward to coming back next summer for our third consecutive year! Really excellent staff here. Great interactions with everyone. It’s clear they understand the hospitality business. Extra special kudos to chef Ethan. I recently got put on a very restrictive diet and Ethan was very accommodating and adjusted the food to fit my needs. And it was delicious! I have already marked this hotel as a favorite. Thanks for a great stay!

Sianna at the front desk helped me choose the perfect room for my stay. That wasn't easy. She has the patience of an angel.
My Initial stay was only going to be one week. I changed my reservation...From a room the on sixth floor to a room on the second floor then finally to another room on the 2nd floor. I like to face nature, that is why I made my choice. Its Nice to open the window and look out at the preserve and the trees.
Sianna went above and beyond with absolute courtesy.
These are the kind of people you want working for you. This is why I'm staying three weeks instead of one.

I had an absolute amazing time enjoying breakfast. I was greeted with warm smiles and great conversation from both Karlee & Katerina! These beautiful women are fantastic, they understand what hospitality is. Along with with the warm atmosphere, the food was outstanding. I am relatively picky when it comes to what I eat, but I enjoyed every last bite.
Again, I wanna emphasize that all of this could not have been possible without Karlee and Katerina. Their warm smiles and continuing hospitality will keep me coming back!
