Pros:

The airconditioning is exceptionally cold, pretty much satisfied with the room. Everything was clean. The only thing missing from amenities is toothpaste. So bring your own toothpaste or buy elsewhere. Check in-out was smooth. Free parking 👍🏼

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel but the swimming pool and sauna were closed due water disruption in Miri. Was looking forward to swimming pool.

Not happy with the access card issue.
Pros:

Able to check in slightly after 2pm.

Cons:

I was given 2 cards but only 1 card can access the lift and room door. I had to go back to the reception counter to have the card validated. When I finally can use the card, I can't open my room door as the door was locked by the inside door hook. I had to go back to the reception to ask for help. 1 of the maintenance guy forced open the door for me. The next day, the cards cannot be used again! I had to go to the reception again to validate the card. Imagine the hassle. There's also no parking in the basement after 10pm. I thought once I registered my car plate, a spot will be reserved for me. The room carpet was also dirty.

It's value for money but really need to push through the night due to the noise from bars nearby.
Pros:

Got guarded carpark and nice swimming pool.

Cons:

The car park is sometimes full, which means it cannot accommodate enough parking spaces for hotel guests. And the bars nearby are way too loud and disturbing till late at night, later than 2 am.

Senang cari kedai makan area situ, Staf sangat membantu, bersih, dan of course akan repeat lagi next holiday.

Cons:

1.Sebab pergi masa cuti sekolah so parking tidak cukup, terpaksa parking luar, tapi okay je sebab dekat juga. 2.Penutup bath mandi problem sikit, kadang dapat bukak, kadang tidak dapat bukak.

Comfortable, clean & welcoming
Pros:

I liked the breakfast menu, the cleanliness of the pool, and also a room with all facilities. The most I liked was that check-in and check-out were easy, smooth, and no deposit was needed.

Cons:

I only noticed that the key card for room access and the lift sometimes failed or was unusable. I had to try many times, but I understand that the system might have been down at that moment.
