Hotel doesn’t match 5 starts standards.
Pros:

Staff were kind and helpful, and the only good thing was that it was quiet to sleep — probably because nobody likes going to this hotel, I guess.

Cons:

The hotel is far below a 4-star standard. As soon as we arrived for our anniversary, we started experiencing issues with the hotel’s service quality and amenities. There was no iron in the room, and the hotel refused to provide one, saying we would have to pay for their laundry service because they do not allow irons in the rooms.

The towels in both the room and by the pool were poor quality. We even had to ask reception for pool towels, and they insisted that we return them to reception after use. Instead of feeling like valued guests at a supposed 5-star hotel, we felt as though they were doing us a favour whenever we requested something basic. There was no staff by the pool to assist guests or take orders, so we had to search for help whenever we needed anything. Some of the pool chairs and side tables were also very dusty.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The msemen and harcha were clearly from the previous night and not fresh. At the buffet, the vegetables and fruits also looked old and not fresh. The service was poor as well. Although breakfast was included in our stay, we gave up on it after the first morning and chose to travel to the city centre for breakfast at restaurants instead.

We were also disappointed that the hotel only provided two small bottles of water in the room on the first night and never replenished them afterwards. When we asked for more water, we were charged extra each time.

The location is also inconvenient. It takes around 20 minutes by car to reach the city centre, even without traffic. Overall, the experience did not match the standards, service, or hospitality expected from a 4- or 5-star hotel.

مسمى 5 نجوم ربما قبل 20 سنة لكن اليوم نجمة واحدة و تخب عليه

1- المبنى قديم جدا و يحتاج إلى ترميم و تدخل سريع قبل الانهيار
2- الغرفة متهالكة وليس بها اي مقومات ال 5 نجوم
3- الافطار لا يصل حتى مستوى 2 نجمة

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, le cadre est top mais il y a des voleurs dans le personnel
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain avec la baignoire. Le balcon vue piscine et sur les montagne était vraiment un gros plus.

Cons:

Malheureusement notre séjour a été entièrement gâché par le personnel de ménage qui s’est généreusement servis dans nos affaires de toilette. Gommage, mascara, rouge à lèvre… les femmes de ménage se sont vraiment fait plaisir et aucun geste de la part de l’hôtel !!

Bad experience i had in my life
Pros:

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience for a so-called 5-star hotel. The toilet in my room was filthy and still covered with human waste when I checked in. This is absolutely disgusting and shows a complete lack of hygiene and respect for guests.

When I went to complain to the reception, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, he simply said it was “not his fault” and treated me badly.

I paid 1230 dirhams for a single room with breakfast, and this is the level of service and cleanliness I received. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars at all. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros:

L'hôtel est correct, le petit déjeuner est copieux mais il manque les crêpes marocaines. La piscine sympa. l'emplacement hors Marrakech permet d'être au calme

Cons:

Le spa et Hamann ne sont pas engageants, la personne qui était à l'accueil se grattait les pieds et regardait son téléphone au lieu de nous accueillir et nous proposer les services offerts.

أود اولا أن أبدأ بالتعبير عن إعجابي بهذا الفندق الرائع. الفندق هادئ ومريح، ولا يوجد به أي ضوضاء مزعجة. النظافة على أعلى مستوى، والغرف نظيفة ومرتبة. الأفراد العاملين بالفندق يمتازون بحسن التعامل والاستقبال، مما يجعل الإقامة ممتعة.

ومع ذلك، أود أن أشارك بعض الملاحظات التي أتمنى أن يتم أخذها بعين الاعتبار. الفندق يحتوي على الماء المالح في الغرف، وهذا غير مريح للشرب. أتمنى أن يكون هناك بديل لهذا الماء، مثل توفير ماء صالح للشرب في صنابير الغرف.

بشكل عام، أنصح بهذا الفندق، وهو يستحق التقييم العالي.
