Good location, walking distance to the mall and Sunbet Arena. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick.

The team demonstrated outstanding attentiveness throughout the evening, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their coordination, warmth and seamless execution created an environment where everything flowed effortlessly. The venue itself was beautifully managed, and the bar selection was impressive and thoughtfully curated.

Unbelievable. We stayed in room 628 last night. Air conditioning to get some heat in the room not working. It's cold in Pretoria:
15 degrees celsius. Problem reported to management who sent out maintenance.
They came and vanished. Later on we were requested to go to room 432 as that aircon was functional. We did pack up and moved.
Worked for the night. After returning today, same problem in a different room. Aircon not working, again with same issue. I had to again report this with the same scenario.
Maintenance came out and after having a look said it was Daekin's issue and it was reported. I was just offered a cooling fan as alternative- imagine. Currently waiting on manager to give us a proper solution. I am considering going over to menlyn mall to buy a portable heater. These people just offered us a third room in two days!!!.

Not much "Menlyn Maine Luxury" here... avoid if you do not wish to experience unbelievable inconveniences, confrontation and frustration. And please management,do not come with that press release "thank you for your review we are trying to make the experience better blah blah blah". I am disgusted.
