La ubicación y el personal muy amable ,buen desayuno

La cama muy incomoda para dormir, dura con los resortes por salir del colchón se nota que está hace mucho tiempo fue lo más negativo el no poder descansar 😔

Instalaciones sin mantenimiento adecuado

La ubicación, el personal que habla español, tenía cocina, lo cual fue práctico con nuestra hija.

Cons:

Desde que llegamos el ascensor tenía problemas, tuvimos que subir por escaleras maletas, coche y bebé 3 pisos, al cuarto día cuando el ascensor estaba 100% operativo, quedamos atrapados durante más de una hora con la bebé, solo pudimos salir gracias a una huésped que nos escuchó y se hizo cargo de lo que el personal no, a los siguientes dos días nos negaron hablar con la administradora durante todo el día, nadie del personal nos preguntó si estábamos bien o necesitábamos algo.
Por otro lado el servicio de limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, poníamos el cartel de limpieza a las 7 AM y a veces llegábamos a las 4 pm y aún no se realizaba y era muy deficiente.
No habían camas de 2 plazas, solo juntaban 2 camas pequeñas en todas las habitaciones.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

La limpieza excelente, el servicio de desayuno muy rico todo y la música que ponían en el comedor, los recepcionistas muy amables, la ubicación excelente a una cuadra de calle principal, todo a mano y cerca, el jacuzzi y sauna excelente. Las habitaciones tal cual las fotos.

o quarto é muito ruim, não tem janela,sem ventilação e o chuveiro não esquentou. tomar banho gelado com temperatura baixa fica sem condições. não recomendo pra ninguém.
