Cons:

Beide ochtenden werden we wakker door geboor in een van de kamers boven ons. Dit was niet aangekondigd en niet heel prettig wakker worden.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Ruime hotelkamer met een goed bed, uitstekende roomservice en een fijne badkamer met alle voorzieningen. Ook over het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet was ik erg tevreden.
Een extra pluspunt was het uitzicht op de stad en omgeving vanuit de hotelkamer.

very nice experience
Pros:

Very central and simple to reach location.
We stay two days, two very hot day but conditioning was excellent.
We had a little problem, but they solved fastly and, above all, they offered four drinks for apologize and, considering the external tropical temperature, it was a very usefull gift.
The price is correct, the room was clean and well equipped.
For example you have five types of soap, bathcream, shampoo ...
We didn't have the breakfast in the offer, the last day we decided to have a breakfast with two hosts of us: we were served excellently and at a chip price

TSH Eindhoven experience for 20 nights
Pros:

I stayed at TSH Eindhoven for an internship for 20 nights, which is one of the most pricy accommodation choices in Eindhoven. However, because of the construction going on some pieces of the roof of my room, and wall fell onto the ground. It was a really dangerous incident. Because of the ongoing construction takes place for a couple of hours starting from the 8:00 it also creates loud noises. The cleaning and service is not well as well. They barely clean the rooms once in a week. They do not even bring a plastic bag for the bin. I do not think it worths its value that much. My room was at the 24th floor, highest one, that's why it gets affected from these incidents a lot. Also, they apologized me with a refund for the last night, and I hope I will be refunded. For the pros, its location is at the center, pretty convenient. The atmosphere is welcoming with the fitness, laundry service, and bike rental included in the deal. Also, the leisure activities organized are fun like Yoga, Marathon, and Movie Nights. When I had these problems, they tried to solve them. It is your choice to stay here, consider all of these remarks.

Rude unhelpful staff, hot and noisy room.
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

It was a hot week, and the sustainable A/C that they had did not quite manage to do the job so it was uncomfortably hot. Also elevator and some corridors were really unbearably hot. Breakfast room was ok when it was up to 30 degrees outside, but got too hot when it got warmer outside. They cant help the weather of course, but could have either better A/C or at least then extra fans etc to help the situation. However, what was worse was the rude staff. We were on the top floor and there was construction work on the roof one day so that it was unhealthily loud and the ceiling was literally coming down. This was particularly bad cause was also impossible to escape anywhere else due to heat. However, even though this was problem from the hotel’s side not us, and they did had free rooms in lower floors, they refused to let us use one for just a couple of hours to escape the noise. They did not apologise, rather seemed annoyed that we complained. The best they offered was to have to change the room to a smaller and cheaper one for the whole remaining week, without any refund?!? And when I asked why cannot we then just use it for the couple of hours and not move, they complained about cleaning fees. As if it even matters as whether we move or just use for a while, they will in any case clean both rooms in the end! Just a question of which is cleaned first, and which one in the end. They did not seem to get this nor had any empathy or service mind to help. It was so bad that I actually started crying and yelling at the reception, which really is not how I normally behave or sort out things. I really cannot recommend due to this issue. If everything goes smoothly and whether is not hot, then I can imagine it is a nice place. But the staff has a lot to learn about customer service. I travel a lot around the world and this was by far my worst experience ever to solve a problem (which they did not).

My favourite place to stay in Eindhoven
Pros:

Have stayed here many times and it’s always a great experience. Spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

A fridge in the room would be a good addition.
