Pros:

宿泊客専用ではないが大浴場があること。朝食がまあまあ美味しかったこと。コンビニエンスストアが近いこと。

Cons:

駅から遠い。部屋の空気が悪い。ベランダが隣の部屋とつながっているので気持ち悪い。水回りが汚い。スタッフは周辺のことをよく知らない。
