フロント事前説明が少ない宿泊
Pros:

・Wifiの通信状況はよく、充電用の備品もフロント近辺に常備している等は良かった。

Cons:

・客室はオートロックであったが、自閉せず最後まで扉を閉めなければならなかったが、フロントから事前に注意等がなく、戻った際にはドアが閉まりきっていない状態であった。
・朝食は別料金であったものの、料金に含まれていなかったことから、当日追加したが、チェックアウト時に本サイトからの連絡の記載より高い金額が請求された。こちらもチェックイン時に確認等もなく、アナウンスが不足していると感じた。

大浴場が一つしか無い為、男と女を時間で区切っているところです。朝風呂はどうしても入るのが常なので残念でした。

新潟周辺で活動、車移動をメインとするなら 良い 拠点です
Pros:

車移動を行っているためインターチェンジが目の前にあるロケーションは最高であちこちに行けました
また大浴場があり すぐに湯船に疲れるのは最高でした

周辺にも安く食べられるチェーン店 や 品揃えの豊富な イオンがあり 買い物にも便利でした
新潟駅まではバスで20分 公共交通機関があるのは助かりました

ホテル内にもうちょっと安く食べられる場所があるといいです

スタッフの方も感じよくて、ウエルカムドリンクがあったり、夜中に食べるカップラーメンの販売やおはしがおいてあったり等々、凄く気配りされていたのが見受けられました。

超超超超大最低だったね。
Pros:

何一つ良いところは無しですね。ツインをオーダーしたのにセミダブルベッド1台のみ。バスタブは普通のタブの1/2の大きさだよ。ブッキングコムさんも詐欺みたいなもんだね。

Cons:

2度とブッキングコムさんでは予約しません。
