整體便利性很好，但真的房間體驗不太舒適。
Pros:

交通很方便，附近要買東西、吃飯都很便利。也有免費的停車場可以使用。

Cons:

房間感覺偏舊很多，而且暖氣無法調整溫度，整個房間很悶，反應後才給開窗的工具。
衣櫃門是壞掉的～然後浴缸也明顯已經有些位移，馬桶的漏水聲也非常大聲
第二天廁所燈就壞掉了

車の場合、交通の便は良い。近くの大型パチンコ店の1階にコンビニがある。大浴場は割と広く良い。

Pros:

ウエルカムドリンクは自分で好きな物を選べて、お酒の種類も沢山ありました。夜のラーメンもセルフでしたがゆっくり食べられました。
朝食に鰻が出たのにはビックリ。鰻丼にして食べられる程です。ビュッフェの種類も多かったです。夕食は無いため外で食べましたが、色々お店もあって、大きいスーパーも近くにあったので困りませんでした。
お部屋には空気清浄器が完備されていました。
自分で好きなシャンプーや枕を選んで部屋に持って行けたのも珍しかったです。
