Great budget stay! Clean, comfortable, lots of amenities
Pros:

Great value! I was shocked by all the free amenities available. The breakfast is delicious, too.

Cons:

Only issue was the automatic sliding glass door at the main entrance, it doesn’t always open and may need to be repaired. I had to pry it open a few times.

Pros:

多分今回で3回目くらいの宿泊です。朝までで一番広い部屋でした。ゆっくりできました。バスルームが狭かったです。バスタブはかなり窮屈。でも清掃は行き届いていました。女性の入浴時間が深夜なのは残念。でも大浴場に入った夫は垢が浮いていたと言っていました。アメニティは揃っていました。朝食は和食にしましたが、惣菜が揃っていなくて物足りない感じでした。

Good value for money, excellent staff and I would stay here again if I was in Mito.
Pros:

Location very good. Staff excellent. Complimentary breakfast was better than I thought it would be. Some comments mention the 300 yen parking fee but this is very cheap and we didn't mind paying this.

Cons:

Perhaps some maintenance. The carpet of the lift needs replacing and quite an easy job to do. First impressions are important.
