Wouldn't recommend
Pros:

The location, the hotel is close to the station. They proposed various amenities and the staff at the reception was friendly.

Cons:

The room was not clean. The blanket covers were dirty, we had hair and dead skin from the previous guest on ours. In fact, I do not think they are changed between guests as there were no clean covers on the housekeeping cart (only pillow covers and regular bedsheets).

The breakfast was not good either. I have stayed in Japanese hotels for the same price but my room was clean and the breakfast was much better.

I didn't feel completely safe as every floor of the hotel is accessible from the street level (the elevator does automatically stop at the reception though). There is only a simple lock on the door, no deadbolt. That didn't make me feel safe.
