コスパ最高
Pros:

とにかくコスパが良い。何度か宿泊していますが、今回初めて無料のカレーを頂きました。とても美味しかったです。

琵琶湖ビューは良かった
お酒とカレーのサービスは良かった
部屋は広かった

部屋に時計がなかった。
テレビが小さい。
製氷機のサービスがない。
大浴場がない。
第2駐車場がちょっと遠く感じた。(脚が悪いので)
軽食の自販機がなくコンビニがやや遠い。
空気清浄機が部屋にない。

This is an older hotel. However, the efficiency & friendliness of the staff, the location of the hotel plus the added extras thrown in make up for everything. Highly recommend.

ロケーション良かったです。値段にお得感ありました。

Cons:

コインランドリーを利用しました。洗濯機4台に対して乾燥機が2台。乾燥機の取り合いのようになっていて不便でした…。

夜8時から、カレーのセルフサ-ビスがありました。フリードリンクもあり、アルコール類もありました。

Cons:

近くのレントランマップをもらいましたが、閉店解体されている店舗があり、情報が古かった。

とても良かったです。
Pros:

ホテル自体は、古く昔のホテルでしたが、外国人の受け付けの方もとても愛想が良く、気持ちの良い対応をして下さいました。
朝食が7時からだったのですが、大会に間に合わない為に少し早く入れて頂き助かりました。
朝食バイキング品数も豊富で、味も良くとても良かったです。安価だったのに、朝食迄付いてとても満足しました。
琵琶湖真ん前ロケーションも最高でした。

Cons:

壁紙が一部剥がれそうになっていたので、そのくらいです。

Pros:

建物は古いけれど部屋は広かったので良かったです。
また、足の不自由な同伴者がいたので
エレベーターの近くの部屋の手配はありがたかったです。

フロントの男性の受け付け
やる気のなさに少々イライラしました
極めつけはチェックイン時手続きが全部済んで
車を止めに行った夫が　止める場所が無いと困って戻ってきたら　ポールを立ててある所ですと平気な顔をして私達に伝えた事です。
着いた時点で教えてくれたら
夫は困らなくて済んだのに！
一言言うの遅くなってしまいましたとか
言ってくださればこちらも気持ちが収まります
接客のサービスは最低です。
