Pros:

Wir besuchen Dresden etwa viermal im Jahr und haben in den vergangenen Jahren viele verschiedene Hotels kennengelernt. Daher fällt uns ein Vergleich leicht.

Unser erster Eindruck wurde durch die Bilder auf Booking.com geprägt, insbesondere durch die Aussicht auf die Frauenkirche. Leider entspricht das nicht der Realität für die meisten Zimmer. Da es offenbar nur sehr wenige Zimmer mit diesem Ausblick gibt, sollte dies transparenter dargestellt werden. Unser Zimmer blickte stattdessen auf einen grauen Betonbau bzw. eine Tiefgarage – das war eine große Enttäuschung.

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Sowohl die Flure als auch die Zimmer sind vollständig mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, der bereits deutlich abgenutzt ist und unangenehm riecht. Auch die Einrichtung macht keinen modernen Eindruck. Was wir ebenfalls vermisst haben, war ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Was uns zusätzlich überrascht hat: In dieser Preisklasse gehört für uns inzwischen zum Standard, dass beim Betreten des Zimmers zumindest eine Flasche oder ein Glas Wasser kostenlos bereitsteht. Zwar befindet sich eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, für jede Kapsel werden jedoch 95 Cent berechnet. Auch das empfinden wir im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotels als nicht mehr zeitgemäß, da solche Kleinigkeiten dort häufig bereits im Zimmerpreis enthalten sind.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die bequemen Betten – wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Auch das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstück konnte uns leider ebenfalls nicht überzeugen. Die Auswahl war eher überschaubar und im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Dresden deutlich schwächer. Dass es keinen frischen Orangensaft, sondern lediglich Saft aus dem Automaten gab, hat diesen Eindruck zusätzlich verstärkt.

Die oft gelobte zentrale Lage ist für uns kein entscheidendes Argument.

Pros:

Ein geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer zu einem für uns günstigen Preis. Die Lage ist kaum zu überbieten (direkt an der Frauenkirche). Den spontanen Entschluss, eine Nacht zu bleiben, haben wir nicht bereut.

Cons:

Nachts hörte man immer wiederkehrend ein Brummen - keine Ahnung was das war... das störte den Schlaf erheblich

Pros:

Puiki vieta, viskas arti, šalia aikštė, kurioje vyko vasaros festivalis, kambarys labai gerai pritaikytas žmogui su judėjimo negalia, išskyrus kelias nereikšmingas detales. Kambaryje yra šaldytuvas, kavos aparatas su kapsulėmis. Mielai apsistočiau dar kartą.

Vonioje veidrodis pakabintas įprastame aukštyje, todėl iš vežimėlio negali matyti savęs veidrodyje.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt.
Parkgarage Semperoper für 6,-€/24Std.
Da nimmt man die 7-8 Minuten Fußmarsch gerne in Kauf zumal man zum Be- u. Entladen direkt am Hotel kurz halten kann.
