Hotel sangat strategik, tengah² bandar Taiping, dekat dengan masjid, kedai makan banyak disekitar hotel, ada bank berhampiran, parking banyak disediakan
Hot water is good,bed comfortable
Staff was nice and it was close by everywhere I needed to go. Room was spacious.
The overall room was a bit dated and the ceiling was constantly leaking. Thankfully the staff was able to assist each time it started leaking again.
Good location. Lost of eateries within walking distance. All the popular street food is near by.
the family suite was very well big and spacious. the view from our unit was beautiful. would be nice if there were more cozy lights added.
the shower curtains had stains at the bottom which was an eyesore while having a shower. inside the toilet bowl still had some stains (not sure it was accumulated overtime even after cleaning). but it would help alot if the management took this into consideration as it involves customer's hygiene
