It was practical but dont pick it if you struggle with lifts or stairs.

Proximity to restaurants. paid safe parking close by

Cons:

Its in a location where there are some tough situations for people, some sleeping in doorways. its not the hotels fault. just be careful and you'll be fine

Cons:

Les chambres sont au même étage que l'accueil donc on attend parfois les nouveaux arrivants.
Mais pas de gêne niveau bruit la nuit pour dormir.

Pas de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel mais il était proposé d'aller dans un établissement situé à proximité et d'obtenir une réduction de 10% sur présentation d'un bon. Il y avait dans la chambre une bouilloire et des sachets de thé et café

Excellent option near Porta Susa
Pros:

Well located for Porta Susa train station and metro and buses for access to Porta Nuova station and city attractions. Discount voucher given for breakfast in cafe next door - not a large choice but quite adequate. Good sized room. Staff very helpful. Lovely old building in good repair - hotel reception located on 2nd floor (lift available).

Cons:

Nothing. It was great.
