Terrible Hotel
Cons:

All doors were locked when we arrived. There were no reception staff for the duration of our stay. No room cleaning staff. The room we were given clearly had not been cleaned. The whole hotel looked and felt tired.

I think this hotel only survives due to its location. They do not offer any housekeeping. There’s not really any staff (
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel due to its location which is close to our relatives.

Cons:

The room was extremely small. We asked if it could be changed and was informed that no other rooms were available. There was no wardrobe ( just a coat hook!) no dressing table, a small double bed. We had to ask for another bath towel. Even the tea and coffee station only had 1 biscuit! The communal areas leading upstairs are dangerous with carpet coming away from the stairs and several trip hazards.

Pros:

The location is very good.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Mould/ dirt was found in the bathroom. Hairs everywhere! The pillows are like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The carpets throughout the 2nd floor are ripped, and the whole floor needs some work. The bathroom had half used miniauture conditioners (no body wash or shampoo provided) and My window had to be wedged open with a coat hanger—no staff on the desk in the morning to complain to. Half the room lights didnt work. The shower was cold and pathetic. Could have washed myself better pouring a water bottle over my head.
