Great place to people watch but not very deluxe hotel for the price.
Pros:

We loved the location looking out at the park in front of the ocean. And it was convenient to have a restaurant immediately downstairs, even though in the evening they were understaffed and we waited about an hour to get our meal.

Cons:

The staff when we arrived could not explain where their paid parking was in English or simple Spanish. We parked behind the hotel where they told us to park and in the morning we had a ticket. They did help us to pay the police online, and refund most of what we paid for parking.

Hübsche Lage doch etwas zu Fuss weit weg vom Zentrum.
Pros:

Das Eckzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmte nicht. Minimale Ausstattung im Zimmer für 200 Euro die Nacht.

Pros:

La chambre vue mer (un peu plus chère,mais très agréable !)
L.emplacement en bord de mer,un peu éloigné du centre
L’ascenseur qui descend directement des chambres au parking sous l’hôtel
Le confort de la literie
Par rapport au prix des hôtels à san Sebastian,bon rapport qualité /prix,à recommander pour un 2 étoiles .

Cons:

Rien,à part juste une petite remarque concernant la propreté de la baignoire,pas nickel,mais sinon la salle de bain était propre

Would have been perfect with air conditioning
Pros:

The location and views were great. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work at all, and it was scorching hot, even at night. The second day we were kindly offered another room, and this time everything went perfect. But we weren't offered a discount nor any kind of even small compensation.

Pros:

Great location, across from a very nice beach. Walking distance to old town and close by to many amazing bars and restaurants. Friendly staff. Convenient with a parking garage.
