Bien pero no perfecto, depende de lo que busques.
Pros:

Acceso directo al parking. Se paga aparte pero si te haces los cálculos al comparar con opciones de alojamiento, sale a cuenta.

Cons:

Sin aire acondicionado y el ventilador apenas hace nada. Éramos tres en una habitación y pasamos mucho calor. Con las ventanas abiertas se oía el ruido de la calle. Sin calor, las ventanas vienen muy bien porque aíslan bastante del ruido. La limpieza regular.
Almohadas finas, no me resultaron cómodas.

Pros:

Personal amable. La comodidad de tener parking propio pudiendo entrar y salir las veces que quieras. Habitación amplia y limpia. Restaurantes en los alrededores y también el centro comercial Los Fresnos y varios supermercados y cafeterías.

Cons:

A 23 minutos andando de las playas, aunque también puedes ir en autobús. Falta una pequeña nevera, aunque hay una máquina con bebidas frías al lado de recepción.

Buen hotel calidad/precio. Habitaciones calurosas en verano.
Pros:

La habitación cómoda y la limpieza extraordinaria. El personal correcto y atento. La ubicación un poco alejada del centro, pero los autobuses funcionan muy bien, de forma que no se nota. La zona está llena de cafeterías, bares, restaurantes y sidrerías, lo que da un buen servicio si no se quiere ir al centro.

Cons:

Hemos viajado en julio y la habitación carecía de aire acondicionado. Solo tenía un pequeño ventilador de techo que aliviaba a una de las tres camas. No podíamos abrir las ventanas porque el ruido del tráfico de la calle era muy alto y de madrugada un grupo de gaviotas se instalaban debajo de nuestra habitación a gritar como endemoniadas. Por tanto, ventanas cerradas, calor y sin aire acondicionado, hemos dormido poco y mal. Recomiendo al hotel instalar ventiladores que cubra toda la habitación.
