Pros:

Been a repeating to this hotel for the past 5 trips to bandung and i have stayed to all types of room. And the room is great for family. Decent size, comfort bed, good food, good location, friendly staff and never disappoint whenever i was there.

Pros:

The bed was nice, they gym was spacious and complete, the pool water was warm and the massage at the spa was excellent.

Cons:

The idea of separating the toilet, shower and powder room makes the room a bit clustered. Also, i think the toilet seat could have been more spotless.

Cons:

1. Temperature of Restaurant De Keuken is a bit hot, especially when there are many people at the same time.
2. Please pay more attention to maintenance of air conditioner of the rooms.
Temperature of Executive Twee was a bit hot as i checked in, turned out that the filter was dirty.
Fortunately 2 staffs of maintenance came immediately to fix it, thank you.

Not a great experience
Pros:

Location was great. And that is all the positives I have about this hotel.

Cons:

Everything else. Room is dirty. We have dirt marks on both beds and a shoe mark on one of the bed. The floor was not properly cleaned and mopped, we can see visible dusts and hairs throughout the room. No privacy in the room and its quite small. Toilet and shower are separate. The shower is in the middle of the room so if you're sharing with someone you're not familiar with or close with, they will see your every movements during your shower routine. The drainage in the shower also smelt like poo which is revolting. It was that bad we only stayed 1 night out of the 2 nights we booked and moved to a different hotel. We didn't even care we didn't get a refund. We just want to get out of there. When we did early check out, the receptionist didn't even ask why we left early so it seems we weren't the first one who had done it and maybe they have the same issue quite often. There is zero sound proof in this hotel so you can hear a pin drop! The lift floors also doesn't lit up when selected, so when we're on the 12th floor to check the rooftop bar, we thought we were stuck cos the place was not open. Do a major maintenance and review of your hotel. Its a great location and we pay good money for night to stay there. Booking.com photos and reality is vastly different!
