Hotel bien alojado y cómodo , lo que mejor destacó es la atención del personal , siempre fueron muy amables y atentos , tuvimos un problema con una casa de cambio y nos ayudaron a resolver el problema , fueron los más amables de todos los demás alojamientos que me quedé

Pros:

Pool area was beautiful my son had so much fun. The out door massage table was a win for me as I could get a massage while my son swam. Great location lovely staff. And yummy breakfast

Cons:

Room was quiet average but we didn't spend much time in room so something fancy was not necessary for us done the job for two nights great for the price

Un endroit qui touche le cœur et l’âme.
Pros:

Le personnel est d’une grande amabilité, toujours souriant et profondément bienveillant. On ressent une vraie énergie apaisante dès l’arrivée, comme si le lieu invitait naturellement au lâcher-prise et à la reconnexion.

Cet hôtel est bien plus qu’un simple séjour, c’est un véritable havre de paix, presque hors du temps. Un endroit qui touche le cœur et l’âme.

J’ai eu un véritable coup de cœur… au point d’avoir déjà prévu d’y revenir en octobre 🤍 Je recommande les yeux fermés.

A great resort, for both leisurely travelers and active ones, great value for a price

Cons:

The overall cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. There were many small insects around, including a lot of mosquitoes. We even found a spider on the bed, and surprisingly, there was a rat in the swimming pool.

We arrived very late on the first night, only to find that the water heater was not working, so we couldn’t even take a shower after a long journey.

In addition, the breakfast was quite disappointing as the menu was the same every day with very limited options.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
