No hot water, paper-thin walls, crazy maze of rooms and buildings to carry luggage
Great location for Barry Island 10km. Great receptionist, very helpful.
Facilities in room a bit tight, not many pillows or towels and had to ask for the hairdryer that is said to be provided in rooms.
the view from the room we had was really nice.
We have stayed now a few times and this was the worst stay we had. Very noisy stayed for two nights the room had an adjoining room had a wardrobe stuck in front of it the room nx door the noise was awful slamming constantly could hear every word they were saying, Not happy
Just what i expected for the price paid. We had x2 small double rooms. Everything we needed & clean. Staff all very nice. Requested rooms together & they were which was brilliant. Thank you mount rooms.
Only negative, rooms were a bit on the cool side & no way of us warming them up.

Spacious rooms
Room full of flies. Windows wide open when we go there. Lot's of flies behind the blinds in the room. Managed to clear the flies but took over an hour
Friendly staff and good atmosphere. The bed was comfy and the room itself seemed clean
Rooms not sound proof you could hear other guests entering and leaving throughout the night. Green algae growing around the bottom of the shower door. Radiators seem rather load of a night time

Absolute fantastic staff Chloe was so helpful and couldn't do more to help if she tried. Fab location too.
Nothing at all really. I was not expecting service and comfort we had considering price we paid but it definitely exceeded expectations.
