It was a horrible experience. They deducted the entire payment from my card even though I booked to pay at the property. The staff are very slow that check in takes forever even though I was the only at reception. To make it even worse, I had the security guy harassing me when I was leaving in a rush in the morning, yelling at me if I had payed and not believing me even though I said I did. I had to go back inside and speak to the receptionist so he could let me go. I felt very humiliated and insulted. Plus, the room isn’t well equipped and from a previous stay I know their breakfast is low quality especially compared to how expensive the hotel is; over 100 dollars a night. The alley where it’s looked is a rundown neighbourhood so just avoid this place at all cost.

J ai reservé une suite avec une superficie suivant discription est de 66 metre carré malheureusement la chambre ne dépassait pas 30 metre carré .ce qui rend les superfice des suite déclaré dans la discriptionde l hotel sur la pages est erroné .
La pression de l eau de douche est trop faible.

Hotel muy por debajo de las expectativas esperadas.
Pros:

Su ubicación en el centro de la ciudad y el desayuno.

Cons:

La climatización de la habitación reservada no funcionaba por lo que la habitación era calurosa, disminuyendo el confort en la misma. La vista de la única ventana de la que disponía la habitación contemplaba el patio interior del edificio colindante siendo una fuente de ruido de vecinos y aparatos exteriores de sistemas de climatización. Añadir además que las ventanas no cerraban adecuadamente.En el cuarto de baño la ducha no dispone de mampara por lo que al ducharse todo el suelo del baño resultaba mojado. En el cuarto de bañó hay una especie de patio luces que cuando abres la ventana observas el paso de la bajante, la ventana de este patio estaba rota, por lo que no se podía cerrar y el anochecer con la agitación del viento era un foco de malos olores. Por último añadir que la toma de corriente del baño no funcionaba

My stay at Smart Hotel Agdal was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent service, a delicious breakfast, high standards of cleanliness, and very good treatment from the entire hotel team.
I would especially like to express my appreciation to Ms. Asmaa at the reception. Her warm smile, kindness, professionalism, and continuous support made my stay even more comfortable and memorable.
