צוות מצויין, שירות טוב, בעל המלון איש מקסים, היה מאוד אדיב וסייע לנו באופן אישי בעניין שדרש עזרה. מלון נעים, אווירה מיוחדת בחצר הקסומה בחוץ שבה אפשר לאכול ארוחת בוקר, חדר נוח, המזגן עבד מצויין וזה היה לנו מאוד חשוב בחודש יולי, אהבנו מאוד את ריח השמפו והסבון. מרחק קצר ממרכז פיאטרסנטה בהליכה.

Our stay at Art Hotel Pietrasanta was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the historic center, yet peaceful and relaxing.

What truly makes this hotel special is Hugo, the owner. His warmth, genuine hospitality, and true vocation for welcoming guests make you feel like family from the moment you arrive.

The breakfast was outstanding—fresh, homemade, and filled with delicious local specialties. Easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve enjoyed in Italy.

If you’re visiting Pietrasanta, this is the place to stay. More than a hotel, it’s a place where you’ll feel genuinely welcomed.
