Landhotel mit gutem Essen
Pros:

Ruhiges, geräumiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Für Hotelgäste wurde außergewöhnlich gut gekocht. Zum Frühstück konnte man Eier von eigenen Hühner bekommen. Parken am Haus.

Cons:

Personal sprach kaum Englisch.

Very warm welcome in the small family run Pousada. Gorgeous peaceful location and lovely food.
Pros:

Peaceful rural location. Very friendly couple running the Pousada. As a frequent traveler I hardly ever rate a property with a 10 but this special place absolutely deserves it.

We were very pleased with our stay at El Hoyal and would definitely return and recommend to others.
Pros:

Location was quiet and peaceful.
Swimming pool was a real treat (and still open in September).
Friendly helpful owners who ran the hotel.
Good home-cooked dinners.
Traditional furnishing, giving an alpine lodge feel.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little dated.
Breakfast was rather bread heavy for me.

Incredible views and food, but it was the hosts that made this a memorable stay.
Pros:

The property itself was lovely and in a great location. Surrounded by hills and mountains. Great views everywhere you looked.

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything to dislike but if we HAD to pick something- We rented one of the apartments and we couldn’t park our car directly outside the property. It was a short walk up a moderate incline with our luggage, it really wasn’t a problem.

Bravo all! compliments to the family …
Pros:

Wonderful stay in this family run property where everything was done with a smile. Service excellent, room very comfortable, evening meals outstanding - full of flavour (sautéed green beans in tomato sauce was exceptional) and much of the produce home grown and prepared by the owners, complemented with local wines. The whole family pulled together to offer an incredible service rich experience.

Pretty uncomfortable beds and pillows - pretty place.
Pros:

Good restaurant on property. There was a nice dog on property. Staff were friendly.

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Note: Property is prettier in booking than in person.

Very comfortable welcoming place with swimming pool.
Pros:

Loved the comfortable bed, welcoming family, great food, superb swimming pool, Lola the dog, chickens, horses and donkey.

Cons:

The room was quite small although the bathroom was great. Also there was no kettle or mugs in the room.

Netheid en de omgeving is erg mooi. Wel beetje afgelegen. Voor meer bedrijvigheid is Potes erg leuk.

Cons:

Het is best gehorig maar dat hoort denk ik bij de omgeving/ authentieke gebouw.
