DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY
Pros:

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The first night the rooms air conditioning was leaking and the whole floor was flooded. They moved us to another room in another building then the toilet and shower didn't work. We had to use another rooms bathroom facilities as the air con wasn't working in that room. I asked for a refund and was told to apply to Agoda and then they refused the refund. everything was a disaster.

La ubicación está genial.

Cons:

Duchas con poca presión, por no decir nada.

El wifi no llegaba a la planta 3. La habitación doble más pequeña que he visto en mi vida. No podíamos ni respirar.

El aire no funcionaba y se lo dije al recepcionista tanto oral como escrito y nunca contestó.

Perfect location
Pros:

Albert was very helpfull, gave some travel advices. We are coming next year to Rome, this hotel will be in our list before cruise from Civitavechia, very good location just couple minutes away from Termini (Main Rome station)
