Everything was as I would have wished for
It was all perfect
The food was exceptional, staff were very friendly. Quirky historical hotel.
Warm welcome from very helpful staff at historic and characterful hotel. Great bar with good beer.
Good restaurant. Location is unbeatable.

Welcoming and helpful staff, very nice room, wonderful food and atmosphere.
The staff were very friendly, and the room was brilliant, an old part of the building, very tastefully decorated with a king size bed, mini fridge, aircon, lovely bathroom and a quiet setting at the back of the hotel. There is a small car park at the back, but also parking on the street outside the hotel. the location is great for this picturesque small historic town, with a short walk to the castle, and scenic estuary. we didn't have an evening meal at the hotel, (though the menu looked great, it was a bit more expensive than we wanted to pay), instead we went to a sister establishment of the hotels, the Ty-Glo for Pizza and cocktails, which is situated on a cobbled street leading to the castle.
Beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet village, the breakfast was delicious and on a boiling hot day, the room was blissfully cool and air-conditioned. The team were so welcoming, and upgrading the room. Loved it here
Really friendly staff and lovely facilities. Nice little garden perfect for a drink on a summers evening

The entire experience was awesome. Attentive staff that communicated well. The hotel is a gem. The pub, lovely. The dining experience at Dexter's, amazing.
That I had only booked one might.
Very friendly staff. A Hotel full of character. Exceptional breakfast. Location was ideal.
Electrical equipment and sockets in room were dated.
Food was excellent, and the rooms had A/C which was lovely in the heatwave.

Centrally located. Very friendly staff and great Hotel. Dinner is Dexters was superb and have a thoroughly great time. Staff were accommodating when re-locating a room for my parents who have reduced mobility. Breakfast was great.
Heating in rooms a little excessive, but not a great issue.
