Check before you pay because this is not what i expected
Pros:

The outward look of the hotel is nice and its in a good location.

Cons:

The rooms are old so is everything inside. I payed for a family visit of 4 but got a bed that is for 2persons. I called the reception and was told all the rooms have same size bed.
At the entrance reception already told me tomorrow morning breakfast is for 1 person even though i registered and paid for myself and family. This is the worst #96,360 i have spent in the last 12years

Short 4-day stay
Pros:

Quiet peaceful location, easily access to public transport, breakfast varies every day, which I liked, they make delicious meals / sandwiches, I like the fact that they have a fully functioning restaurant and bar onsite with great selection of food & drinks, to order. Good value for your money.

Cons:

Carry bug spray / mosquito spray, the fresh air is great coming through window as there is mosquito net on windows, but this small bugs still enter your room. This is just a little precaution and prep on customer side, not something in control of hotel. The rooms are kept clean with daily house keeping service, which are great. Oh one more thing, the shower needs some grab bars on wall, when tiles in shower gets wet. Your feet can easily slide, which make it a fall risk.

I have always enjoyed my stay in Citiheights.
Pros:

Their professional and polite staff. The decorations, the reception area, the nice scent and the breakfast area, that have seats where you can look out into the road and watch cars and people passing by, is so relaxing/calming.

Cons:

I have been to this hotel on three occasions, and stayed in different grade of rooms. I noticed that the bedsheets are terribly old and have turned brown due to having been washed several times over the years. They need to revamp all their bedsheets and fix places in the furniture that have come off. They should actually modernise the furniture in the bedrooms.

Very lovely experience, particularly enjoyed the breakfast.
Pros:

Nice and well kept hotel in a nice serene place close to shops and amenities with good transportation links. Room was cozy and spacious with nice ventilation, everywhere in the hotel was cool and ac was working 24/7..

Cons:

A bit too quiet for fun lovers, although situated very close to several fun spots.

Citi Height is good place to stay anytime i am around Ikeja, Lagos.
