The pricing is good for the location, However, there is the need for upgrading of facilities.

Just the location

Cons:

All the room facilities are old and need to be renovated. The bed is larger than the base, and the furniture in the room is very old and worn. The holder was just there to cover up. The entire floor looks dirty

Lovely 3 star entry hotel, a Lagos Hilton feel rather to a travel lodge feel
Pros:

I like the proximity to the front iikeja / Allen Avenue centre, like I didn’t hear any car noises and all, liked the glass view from the dinning room

Cons:

The phone intercom in my room wasn’t walking, the WiFi wasn’t working at times and I had to call the receptionists attention at least twice
