Cons:

No limpian la habitación si no lo pides, y cuando lo pides te encuentras que te faltan pertenencias de tu habitación. Me robaron mi medicación de la habitación del hotel, pese a reclamarlo en recepción obviamente lo negaron. Estamos hablando de dejar sin medicación a una persona con una enfermedad crónica.

L’établissement est très pratique avec le métro juste à côté. L’hôtel est très propre, le personnel très gentil et poli, la chambre était parfaite pour nous et le petit déjeuner était très copieux

Cons:

La seul chose que je n’ai pas apprécié est le prix du parking que je trouve un peu élevé pour un seul jour.

Nice stay
Pros:

The personell was really friendly and our room was Spacey. Very nice with a mini fridge, a water bottle. Beautiful bathroom

Cons:

I did not get any information from Booking.com while booking or in my confirmation mail that I was supposed to bring a credit card. Disappointed in that

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Personel very friendly.

Cons:

A visual strip to distinguish them is necessary on the glass windows in the bathroom. Otherwise, there is the risk to crash on them.

Pros:

Diverse breakfast buffet. Walk to the nearest metro station 2 min. Everything works. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Many construction sites in the neighborhood, no noise at nights. During the -26 heat wave the air conditioning seemed to be under-powered.

Great hotel, but weak air conditioning made room unusable
Pros:

Great breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Good room and general decor of hotel.

Cons:

The air conditioning system could not cope with the 36 degree temperatures. Rooms were too warm to be able to sleep in.

For this reason I couldn't risk booking this hotel over summer in future

A decoração do quarto e do hotel são boas. Pequeno almoço era muito bom.

O hotel estava com um problema de água quente no quarto. Ligamos a informar da situação, a receção disse para aguardarmos e entre telefonemas passou uma hora. A receção ao fim de uma hora diz que não podiam resolver o problema da água por ser domingo e não terem equipa técnica. Após esta espera, insistência e a nosso pedido mudaram-nos de quarto. No segundo quarto, já havia água morna.
