Photos for Executive King Room are far from reality
Cons:

I chose Executive King room based on the photos provided here and the room I received was totally differnet and far smaller. When I complaint the staff explained that the photos on this booking page were incorectly indicated for the type I chose 😄 (btw the still didn’t change the photos), If I knew what the real room looked like I wouldn’t overpaid for stay. Unfortunatly, the staff did nothing for the mistake the hotel conducted not me!

The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay, especially Julia Singh, who provided outstanding service and made my experience even better. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to get around Brussels. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as I expected. The windows were dirty, which affected the overall impression of the room. In addition, the view from the room overlooked a construction site with an unfinished building
