Pros:

Nada. Un hotel normal

Cons:

Tuvimos que cambiar dos veces de habitación en 4 noches. Las habitaciones estaban a 27/28 grados y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. En la tercera habitación nos tuvieron que dejar un ventilador para poder dormir. Eso sí, la persona con la que lo gestionamos intentó hacer todo lo posible para solucionarlo.
Además esta un poco lejos del centro (fuera del Pentágono)

The majority of the stay was excellent, just the issue with no AC in the rooms.
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, location was also good, breakfast was very nice and the rooms were very spacious and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

There was no AC in the room and the temperatures was hitting +30c each day of our stay and when we went back to the rooms it was too hot.
We had to request fans for our rooms we had 4 rooms in total and 1 fan was given on day 1 and another fan 2 days later.
It was unbearable to relax and sleep in these rooms.

Great location but a few small glitches
Pros:

Location is good and near the EU Berlaymont. Nice, big hotel with warm staff. Medium sized bar and restaurant at the lobby level

Cons:

The AC in the room was barely working. The water pressure in the shower was too less

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, hotel well placed for access to all sites and Metro system
Pros:

large comfortable air conditioned room, good staff on reception

Cons:

At times, breakfast items were slow to be replenished.
Could do with better bacon !
Ground floor of hotel and corridors had aircon set at 25C...too warm!
A lot of building work locally starting at 7.00 am....can't be helped I suppose.
