I would strongly recommend
Pros:

I liked the professionalism of the staff members at this hotel. They are they for you whenever you need something, regardless of your request.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of, as they all do a brilliant job at providing excellent service. All the staff are very welcoming, especially when you first arrive there.

A nice hotel, a little out of the way
Pros:

A nice chain hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff—they upgraded our room when they saw my wife was in a wheelchair, so the room was nice and big! Excellent breakfast!

Cons:

Just be aware that this hotel is located a bit away from the downtown touristy section of the city—it was a 20-30 minute walk down there (and uphill back), through construction zones.

Great staff, location wise it is about 30min walk from the town centre, convenience stores nearby, good size room, comfy bed, fridge and hair dryer in the room,, free ice and water at reception

Cons:

View from the window due to location. Drinks expensive at the bar (€15 for aperol spritz, €4.50 for small cappuccino)

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, wunderschön. Ein schönes großes Bett, sehr gemütlich, so richtig gut zum wohlfühlen. die Idee mit dem Wasserspender im Erdgeschoss fand ich sehr gut,

Cons:

das Bügeleisen im Zimmer hat mich zuerst sehr positiv überrascht, es war aber schmutzig und hat Spuren auf einem Hemd hinterlassen. der Föhn funktionierte nur wenn man es in einer bestimmten Art und weise hält, das haben wir nicht gesehen und dachten er wäre defekt. Das sollte man besser erklären.
