One of the best places to stay.
Pros:

The room was exceptional. Very spacious and clean. The staff was nice and helpful during our stay. The main lobby had fresh cookies in the afternoon. The yard around was nicely landscaped.

Cons:

The only down side was the cost of using the laundry service. It was a little pricey compared to other places we stayed.

Pros:

Gostamos muito da estadia . O hotel e muito bem cuidado, limpo e cercado por belos jardins. A localização é excelente, no centro da cidade, com fácil acesso ao parque por ônibus .O café da manhã e saboroso oferece uma grande variedade de itens.

Family summer vacation stay
Pros:

This hotel met or exceeded all our expectations for a 3 generation family trip to see Zion National Park. Its location in Springdale was great, with convenient access to many restaurants, ice cream or souvenir shops.
The breakfast buffet was included and offered the best variety and was well stocked and clean. Being that most visitors to the park get an early start in the summer , it always opened by 6:30.
There was also coffee and tea available in the lobby as well as iced water and lemonade.
All of the Marriott employees we had contact with were so pleasant and eager to make our stay memorable. I loved the outdoor patio to enjoy my morning coffee very much. Our grandsons age 12& 7 enjoyed the indoor shuffleboard table and outdoor pool.
Would absolutely stay here again!

Pros:

Other than the location, the hotel and service (front desk staff) is terrible. There are plenty of other places to stay in Springdale.

Front desk désagréable voire agressif. Pas de restaurant dans l’établissement malgré les photos de tables dressées sur le site. Il s’agit d’un motel et pas d’un hôtel. Les chambres donnent sur le parking.

Booked a king room, in check-in was told that they had to change to a two bed queen room - not really what we booked.
Breakfast is a mess… you’re expected to grab a paper plate and paper cup to have your breakfast. Sustainability 0

Great Location
Pros:

This hotel offers beautiful views and a great location. It's right by the bus stop to Zion and walkable to some great restaurants. The sunset view is amazing. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is great. We had a not-so-great time checking in. They gave us a handicapped room even though we have it in our profile not to give us a handicapped room. Then the room they moved us into, the cold water didn't work. It took us about 30 minutes to get the water fixed in our room. We were hot and tired from hiking and we just didn't want to deal with foolishness. It was pricey. The priciest hotel we stayed at in all of Utah. We attributed the price to the location. But we would stay here again.
