С меня списали залог 100 долларов с моей карты. И в день выезда списали еще 80 долларов с карты. Я на ресепшене показал все транзакции по карте и там все видно прозрачно. Но сотрудник мне сказала что она провела только списание за парковку 20 долларов и что она не знает почему списалось 80 долларов и 100 не вернулось тоже . Дала мне листик распечатку на эту транзакцию на 20 долларов которую я вообще не вижу . А вижу только депозит списаный 100 долларов в день заселения и 80 долларов списанные в день выезда . Она сказала что больше ни чем не может помочь . Прошу Букинг разобраться в данной ситуации. И буду ждать ответа

A comfortable hotel in a perfect location with beautiful views and everything needed for a great visit to Zion National
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty with a good selection of options. The location is excellent, just minutes from Zion National Park, making it very convenient for exploring the park. The mountain views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. There is also a beautiful upscale restaurant just across the street, which was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great dinner after a long day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

EXCELENTE HOTEL PROXIMO AO PARQUE
Pros:

Gostamos muito da estadia . O hotel e muito bem cuidado, limpo e cercado por belos jardins. A localização é excelente, no centro da cidade, com fácil acesso ao parque por ônibus .O café da manhã e saboroso oferece uma grande variedade de itens.

One of the best places to stay.
Pros:

The room was exceptional. Very spacious and clean. The staff was nice and helpful during our stay. The main lobby had fresh cookies in the afternoon. The yard around was nicely landscaped.

Cons:

The only down side was the cost of using the laundry service. It was a little pricey compared to other places we stayed.
