It was great experience stayed in Purest Hotel. The staff was helpful, friendly and fast service.
Pros:

Hotel location was good and easy access. Although we are not having meals in the hotel, but it was easy to find restaurant and eating place nearby the hotel.

A very pleasant and cozy short staycation
Pros:

The services from staff starting from the main entrance to the reception is friendly and welcoming. The registration process was easy, smooth without hassle. Nice and cozy room complete with varieties choices of food for breakfast.

Cons:

At first, we got room at level 3 which height is aligned with the property awning. Unfortunately the awning was full with stains of birds droppings and not pleasant to our view. After highlighting to the staff, they exchanged a room at level 5 for our stay. We were satisfied with our new room and their concern.

A HOTEL THAT COULD BE GREAT
Pros:

The pool was spot on. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

Cons:

We booked three rooms. First room, aircon did not work. Had to move room.
Third room, ongoing toilet issues (blocked/leaking). Second day relocate to another room.
Although a newer hotel, like many others, ongoing maintenance is a problem in Malaysia. Issues are attended to when there is a problem. Managed to get a Night refund.

Location-wise - SUPERB
Pros:

Location. Free parking. Spacious room. Modern amenities.

Cons:

The room needs a little upgrading. There were water mark stains on the wall adjacent to the toilet, and if it is to be left unattended, it will damage the wall further
