Pros:

Das Frühstück war super und ich glaube sie heißt Nina hatte alles im Griff. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist toll. Auf Anfrage konnten wir sogar etwas länger im Zimmer bleiben, wirklich sehr kundenorientiert. Wir können es auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen.

Für einen Städtetrip genau das Richtige 👍das letzte Foto zeigt den Blick aus meinem Hotelzimmer.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt oder am Mainufer. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Personal war extrem nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Wegen der zentralen Lage war es etwas laut, aber das konnte man sich denken. Aber das war auch schon das einzige.

It exceeded our expectations
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was quite spacious and airy. It was cleaned daily. The bathroom water temperature was electronically controlled, making it very easy to adjust. While breakfast initially seemed standard, the staff enriched it by offering various drinks and omelet options. The complimentary minibar, replenished daily, was also a very nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful; we thank them all again for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Really good value for money with very nice staff
Pros:

The location is right near train station. Easy walk within 5 minutes. Its in city environment so surroundings are a little "tough," but staff is super nice, the rooms are nice. Great value for the money. They even give free soda's and water in your mini bar - that is a first for me.

Its a city environment right outside near train. But easy walk to old city center, Main river etc.

Overall good, simple hotel, great value.
Pros:

Very nice staff, offered us free drinks at the bar because of a booking issue. Great location, 5 minutes away from the train station.

Cons:

The premium rooms were quite small. It was right next to a busy street with traffic and people shouting in the night, it was difficult to sleep with the windows open.

Friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. I checked in in the morning, and the staff said that I could have my breakfast on the day itself. The hotel also allowed me to store my luggage on the day of check-out at no additional charge.
