Ideal for a one night stop over.
Pros:

Perfect for a quick stopover & great location for visiting Roker Pier.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable & need replacing.
The kitchen smell was very bad. Although it couldn’t be noticed in our room it was very unpleasant walking through the hotel. There was no way we could’ve eaten there

Excellent little hotel
Pros:

The location was great with free onsite parking, and the staff who greeted us on arrival was very welcoming. The room was compact but had everything we required including a fridge. The bathroom was great and very clean.

Pros:

It was a quick one night stay. We booked the room while infront of the hotel. Check in and out experience was smooth, no hassle. Big room, big size washroom, and additionally there was a fan in the room which was a great help during this summer weather.

Cons:

Wish there were bottle of water available in the room. Also, they left complimentary tea and coffee sachet, but water to make them.

We would like to definitely revisit. Amazing little hotel, would highly recommend. Thank you.
Pros:

Location and value for money. Our room was superb. The view was outstanding. It had a relaxed feel about room. It was bright and airy. We were given the choice of two rooms at the time of check in. The owner was lovely and accommodating.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
