Great location for the seafront and friendly staff.
The location by the sea is great and easy to find. Access was straightforward and the beds were comfortable.
There was a musty smell in the room. Staff were grumpy and were not around much.

It was dirty, we had dirty blinds, filthy carpet and the teaspoons had not been washed at all. They had butter all over them. Thankfully only stayed one night. Would not return. The photos are not accurate!

A question about room keys ? If your room key opens the side door entrance and your bedroom door. Does this mean all the bedroom keys are the same so anyone can get in your rooms.
Parking spaces but due to the layout of the carpark once there was 2 cars near the entrance the rest of the bays were unusable. Spaces not wide enough to get your car through so we had to park over the other side on the main road.
Room. was very small and noisy also needed some attention. Cupboard door off vanity unit , left standing on the floor., what looked like a cigarette burn in blinds.. Decoration on walls looked unfinished. No wardrobe only a hang rail positioned above tea and coffee making facilities.
The passage leading to dining room needs attention, stained carpets, the door marked private was quite badly rotten.
Bed was comfortable. Room we were in had some filler on walls, which needed painting. Decor a bit dated. Didn't have breakfast thought it was a bit expensive. We could hear people's conversations below our room around 11pm. Also the main light didn't work. Great location.

Paid 95 for upgraded room window broken shower broken ,room was set up for HMO ie two apartments shared landing and shower ,room must have been 10 ft by 16 ft felt like a broom cupboard will never use this hotel again

Used the place a few times but on this occasion felt a little let down , took 20 mins to access the property on arrival, WiFi had gone down and tv working on both nights of staying

Es ist ein kleines, familiengeführtes Hotel. Die Dame des Hauses ist sehr aufmerksam und sympathisch.
Das kleine Frühstück ist wirklich überragend.
Kaffee sehr lecker.
Wichtig zu wissen. Es ist ein kleines Hotel. Es ist nicht mit einem klassischen Hotel vergleichbar. Kein Buffet, keine großen Zimmer.
Dafür ist es sehr persönlich. Das Frühstück wird serviert. Die Atmosphäre ist familär.
Die Lage ist in der zweiten Reihe vom Strand/Promenade. Sehr gut gelegen.
