Excellent location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

We had a great 12 night stay. The CBD location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance. It was very convenient for everything we needed. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist whenever needed.

Cons:

While we really enjoyed the central location, the very comfortable beds, and the friendly, helpful staff, we felt the apartment itself could do with some refurbishment. It didn’t appear as clean as we expected, and several of the furniture and fixtures were quite run down. Some of the dining chairs were uncomfortable and had visible rips, while the window blinds and curtains had noticeable stains and discolouration.

The dishwasher was dirty and had a foul smell when we arrived, so we had to run a cleaning cycle before using it. The bottom rack was broken and showed visible rust, and there was also rust on the dining table. Overall, although we appreciated the convenience of the location and the excellent service, we didn’t feel the apartment offered good value for the price we paid due to its overall condition.

The property is good. But check in during off hours is a bit diffucult.
Pros:

Location is good. Room is clean. Kitchen has enough kitchen equipment. But there is no any ingredient to support. we have to buy new for all.

Cons:

We can't contact any one during off hours. No one pick up the phone, Eventhough it is emergency no. And they have put the keys for all clients into 1 lock box. It's mean that Any one can reach your key easily.

Not enough plugs in room only enough for the lamps
Bed head was on the floor not attached to the bed then on day two they came in while we where out and put it up without informing us
Got allergies once we arrived due to cleanliness
Had to be taught a “trick way” of using the key to get into gym
Gym was absolutely disgusting
When I needed help from site to get into the gym the First Lady was lovely and tried to assist me but when she had to ask the guy so assistance he was rude and passive aggressive (I believe he was the manager)
Can’t pay through booking.com have to pay through there link only
Bin shoot full, big bin out of order and you get a cleaning fee if you leave rubbish

Accommodation was great no faults at all

Cons:

Parking. An entitled male Karen - Darren almost tripped up running up to us to complain about our car (Ford Ranger) being too big and told us we should park on the street, however we parked in our designated parking spot. Not today Darren!!

Pros:

Staff were very helpful. From booking unit to arriving were sent many emails etc to keep us in the loop. Carpark was free which was an added bonus and rental was quite affordable.

enjoyed my stay. Staff great and cleanliness good. Location suited me with short walk to shops, rest
Pros:

overall well appointed. shame weather wasn't better as the pool looked inviting. Staff helpful and answered any questions promptly

Cons:

Unfortunately one of the frypans had burnt on food from previous quest that I couldn't get clean so couldn't use. Would like maybe cooking oil, salt and pepper provided as that would make cooking alot easier.
